For over 20 years, Kalas has been a leading brand in cycling apparel, trusted by some of the biggest cycling clubs and companies. Initially sold through distributors, Kalas BENELUX AS was established in 2014 to strengthen the brand’s presence in the region.  

As a subsidiary of the Czech-based, family-owned Kalas company, Kalas BENELUX BVBA continues to expand. With over 30 years of experience in producing high-quality team apparel, we proudly supply cycling gear to top teams, including **Alpecin-Deceuninck**, featuring **Mathieu van der Poel**.  

About the Role:  

You will be part of a dynamic Belgian team, working alongside two colleagues and collaborating daily with our friendly and dedicated team in the Czech Republic. As a **Sales Representative**, your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers while also handling key administrative tasks.  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Proactively sell and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within clubs and businesses. 

- Take ownership of the sales budget and targets.  

- Identify and approach new potential customers.  

- Help develop and implement sales strategies for Kalas in Belgium. 

- Organize and conduct customer meetings, events, and product size fittings. 

What We’re Looking For:  

- A genuine passion for cycling and sports.  

- Previous B2B sales experience (preferred but not required). 

- Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing deals. 

- A valuable network within the cycling community (a plus). 

- Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written).  Understanding Flemish can be extra.

- General IT proficiency.
